Mindful Movement
This gentle movement class is an opportunity to cultivate a compassionate and playful relationship with your body and with movement. Through the practice of fundamental human motions, intuitive and improvisational movement opportunities, and gentle yoga asana, we will reconnect with the comfort and joy of our bodies in motion. Each class will begin with a mat sequence and proceed into standing movements and postures, with modifications offered for varying abilities and capacities.
